Happy Friday!  Maybe it's just the weather, or maybe it's just me, but the latest couple weeks have felt like a roller coaster of high and lows. Lately I've been feeling motivated and like I'm putting all the good vibes out into the world, but still am feeling like I'm a little bit in a rut. It's so easy to give in to bad moods or anxiety, to pack up, give in,  check out, and give up for the day. But lately I've found when moments like this happen, the best thing for me to do is to is take a little time to conscientiously boost my mood.
